Role Overview:


As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support across the organisation. Your role will involve a variety of tasks, from managing office supplies to assisting with scheduling and communications. This position is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, adaptable, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative assistance to various departments, including filing, data entry, and handling correspondence.
  • Office Management: Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring the office is well-stocked and organised. Handle maintenance requests and liaise with service providers as needed.
  • Scheduling & Coordination: Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and events. Ensure meeting rooms are prepared and equipped with necessary materials.
  • Communication: Act as a point of contact for internal and external communications, answering phones, responding to emails, and directing inquiries to the appropriate team members.
  • Document Management: Maintain and update company documents, records, and files, ensuring they are accurate and accessible.
  • Support to Teams: Assist various teams with ad-hoc tasks, such as preparing reports, creating presentations, and organising team events.
  • Reception Duties: Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an office assistant or administrative role is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • A proactive and flexible approach to work, with a willingness to assist where needed.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
