As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play a crucial role in driving growth. You will be responsible for identifying and nurturing new business opportunities, working closely with sales and marketing teams to convert warm leads and build relationships with prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential customers through research, outreach, and engagement.
  • Prospecting: Utilise various channels, including email, phone, social media, and events, to connect with potential clients.
  • Nurturing Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with prospects, providing them with relevant information and insights.
  • Collaborating: Work closely with the account managers to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads and support marketing efforts.
  • Tracking & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and progress in the CRM system, providing regular updates and feedback.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related role is a plus but not required.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organisational abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools and familiar with digital marketing techniques.
  • Attitude: Motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
