Role Overview:


As the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our business goals. You will lead a team of marketing professionals and work closely with other departments to ensure that our marketing initiatives drive growth, enhance brand awareness, and generate leads. This is a strategic leadership role that requires a blend of creativity, analytical thinking, and hands-on execution.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with the company's objectives. This includes digital marketing, content marketing, social media, email campaigns, and more.
  • Brand Management: Oversee the development and management of the company’s brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels and materials.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of marketing professionals. Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and measure the success of marketing campaigns. Optimize campaigns based on performance metrics to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Content Creation: Oversee the creation of high-quality content, including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, and social media posts that engage our target audience.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs. Use insights to inform marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively to achieve the best possible results.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product development, and other departments to ensure alignment and support for marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a senior marketing role, with a strong track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a marketing team.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and generate innovative ideas.
  • Experience managing a marketing budget and delivering measurable results.

  • Competitive base salary of £45,000 with an OTE of £55,000.
